Welcome to my space, J-XPACE. I am Jia Xuan, a Quantity Surveying Graduate from Universiti Sains Malaysia. 

I am enthusiastic about the built environment and particularly interested in SDG development, heritage study, property and cost management. 

Henry Wotton said, "Well building has three conditions: Firmness, Commodity and Delight". 

To me, Firmness + Commodity + Delight = Ethics & Values. The ideas had propelled me into a better US!
