This is my final year study research project conducted as a contribution to the construction industry society before completing my degree in Quantity Surveying Program. This project is guided by my supervisor, Assoc Prof. Sr. Dr. Mastura Jaafar.

QS Degree Year 2 Sem 4 (July - October 2021)
This is a research project selected by the Korean National University of Cultural Heritage under UNESCO Chair Research Grant and is leaded by two of my lecturers, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sr. Lim Yoke Mui (School of HBP, USM) and Assoc. Prof. TPr. Dr. Khoo Suet Leng (School of Social Science, USM).
I play my role as the research assistant for this research project.
