Case Study 1: Property Development Process
Commencement Date: October 2019
A property development process mainly comprises of five stages which are the preparation stage, design stage, pre-construction stage, construction stage, and post-construction stage. To investigate the process thoroughly, we collected the data and information from libraries, online articles and the internet.
At the same time, we had an interview with the professions, Sr Mohd Zahry Bin Shaikh Abdul Rahman from Royal Institute of Surveyor Malaysia (RISM), Chua Geok San from Heavenly Land with few questions. The data obtained has been analysed and discussed among our group members and it has been a great help for us in understanding and fathoming the project development process better.
