Jia Xuan's Space

Commencement Date: May 2021

This project was completed by a combination of Architecture and Quantity Surveying students. Using the drawings provided and Glodon software, we had provided necessary professional services for the renovation project. 

Dining, casual dining, dry kitchen, wet kitchen, utility, maid room, swimming pool and deck are the areas to be upgraded. Some design considerations to include in this improvised design are the Energy efficient, multiple function of the design, social cohesion as well as construction cost efficiency.
